Israel sends snipers to protest

jerusalem - Jerusalem has posted more than one hundred snipers at the border with the Gaza Strip in connection with expected protests. Various Palestinian activist groups have called for protracted demonstrations along the border and thousands are expected to participate.

The demonstrators demand that Israel allows about five million Palestinian refugees to return to present-day Israel. But Israel does not want that because the Jewish majority disappears. Israel only wants to return them to occupied Palestinian territories.

The protests start on Friday and the activists want to hold on for six weeks.
