tel aviv - Israel intends to escalate its attacks on the Gaza Strip after a unanimous decision by the security cabinet led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Israel Plans to Expand Attacks on Gaza

Israel is set to intensify its military operations in the Gaza Strip, as confirmed by a unanimous decision made by the security cabinet under Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's leadership.

Trump's Visit and Future Actions

The escalation is expected to occur following the upcoming visit of US President Donald Trump to the region, reported by The Times of Israel. Efforts are currently focused on achieving a ceasefire and a hostage exchange deal with the Palestinian militant group Hamas.

The security cabinet has also approved a plan to resume the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza, according to The Times of Israel. Previous reports of the US and Israel nearing an agreement on resuming humanitarian aid in the Gaza Strip were met with skepticism by humanitarian organizations.
