IS digs into 'capital' Raqqa

raqqa - Islamic State is the capital of the self-proclaimed caliph, Raqqa, to strengthen, in anticipation of an expected counterattack from the international community after the terrorist attacks in Paris. The terrorist movement reportedly build bunkers and tunnels in the Syrian city of 350,000.
