IS bastion surrounded al-Bab

beirut - The Syrian government army has the last supply route from terrorist Islamic State to the town of al-Bab closed Monday. The largest IS stronghold in Aleppo province is now completely surrounded.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that President Assad troops with air support have made significant progress southeast of al-Bab. The communications which IS fighters had to soulmates in the provinces of Raqqa and Deir al-Zor is now under control.

To make the north of al-Bab Turkey-backed rebels, united in the Free Syrian Army (FSA), the service for some time off, though there were last weekend fierce fighting in and around the village Bazaa. IS killed two suicide bombings.

The reconquest of al-Bab to IS appears to begin. Damascus and Ankara are in a hurry, but it is important that their units do not go pointing at each sight. The FSA rebels want not only on IS but Assad, who in turn tolerates no greater influence of Turkey in northern Syria.
