Iran threatens with 'devastating' reaction after attack on Revolutionary Guard

ahvaz - Thousands of people have come to the funeral of the victims of the bloody attack in the Iranian city of Ahvaz. There, 25 were killed when gunmen opened fire on Saturday during a military parade in the capital of the province of Khuzestan. Among the dead are twelve members of the mighty Revolutionary Guard.

Iran has declared a day of national mourning because of the attack. In Khuzestan, government offices, schools and banks remain closed on Monday. The Iranian minister Mahmoud Alavi (Intelligence) said, according to press service Mizan, that all suspects have been arrested. 'We will identify all terrorists who can be associated with this attack,' he said.
