stockholm - An Israeli defense company in Gothenburg was shot at on Thursday morning, marking another violent attack on an Israeli target in Scandinavia in just a few weeks. The Iranian regime is suspected to be behind these attacks, utilizing Swedish gangs to carry out the violence.

An Israeli defense company in Gothenburg was shot at on Thursday morning, marking another violent attack on an Israeli target in Scandinavia in just a few weeks. The 13-year-old boy was arrested at the scene, and the incident is being investigated as an attempted murder. A 'dangerous object' was found at the site and neutralized by the bomb squad. No injuries were reported.

Crime journalist Diamant Salihu stated that this attack can once again be linked to gangs with ties to Iran. The Swedish gang 'Foxtrot' is believed to be responsible for the attack in Gothenburg as well as the shooting and grenade incidents at the Israeli embassies in Stockholm and Copenhagen earlier this month. The police also consider this scenario likely.

Increasing evidence points towards the Iranian regime as the true instigator of these attacks. Mossad, the Israeli intelligence agency, previously reported that Iran was leveraging the gang networks of Swedish gang war leaders Rawa 'the Kurdish fox' Majid and Ismail 'the Strawberry' Abdo for carrying out attacks in Europe on their behalf. These former gang brothers turned foes have been engaged in a fierce gang war, escalated further when Abdo's mother was murdered by Majid-affiliated criminals last year.

The leaders are in hiding abroad and are orchestrating their gangs from there. Majid allegedly uses his gang to carry out attacks in Europe at Iran's behest in exchange for a safe haven in Iran. Members of Abdo's network have also reportedly been approached to conduct attacks on Israeli targets.

According to Salihu, Iran offers Abdo's gang weapons and information about Majid as leverage to carry out attacks involving weapons and explosives on Israeli targets and critics of the regime in Europe. Abdo has denied any involvement with Iran, focused on seeking revenge for his mother's murder.

Fears of attacks on Israeli targets in Norway have also risen, leading to an elevation of the terror threat level after serious threats against Israeli interests in the country.
