Indian bus plunges into river bed, 17 dead

- Due to a serious traffic accident at least seventeen people in Chhattisgarh Wednesday night killed. According to local police the driver tried to avoid an oncoming motorcycle then slid his bus with a tour group from the road and plunged into a dry riverbed.
Twelve passengers died on the spot, three others later in a hospital. The motorcyclist and his passenger did not survive the crash. Certainly fifty victims were injured.
India is the country with most fatalities in the world. According to the Interior Ministry crashed in the Indian roads in 2014 more than 140 000 people.
