In March ruling on Delphine Boël

- The Brussels French-speaking family court will decide about a little over a month in the case of artist Delphine Boël who wants to prove that King Albert II is her biological father. That Tuesday announced after the meeting.

The different parties did not comment on the conduct of the meeting or the content of their pleadings, reports news agency Belga. Artist Boël (48) the lawsuit was living with her mother Sybille de Selys Longchamps, a relationship which would have had the frost almost twenty years.

Boël is the procedure involved since 2013 in order to recognize itself as a daughter by King Albert II and demanded that he take a DNA test. This was possible because Albert II since the throne change no longer enjoyed immunity.

The retired Belgian King was not present at the session, the 82-year-old Albert was represented by his lawyer. Albert has always denied being the biological father of Delphine. However, he confessed that he and Queen Paola had experienced a marital crisis in the seventies. Delphine's legal father Jacques Boel has already done a DNA test. It showed that he is not her biological father.
