Huawei drag Samsung to court

- Huawei, Samsung in China and the United States sued. The two companies could not reach agreement on the use of technology that is fundamental to the operation of mobile networks. This was reported Bloomberg.

Off Tuesday in San Francisco filed paperwork shows that Samsung is according to Huawei infringing eleven patents relating to the industry standard for fourth generation mobile devices. Huawei is claiming damages, but the extent known, the company has not asked for a blockade for the sale of Samsung products in the US

The patents relate to communication networks and software for LTE networks. Huawei enables Samsung to have offered to calculate a fair rate, but Samsung would refuse to pay.
