Hotel Moscow evacuated after false bomb threat

moscow - Hotel Cosmos in Moscow on Saturday night was evacuated due to a bomb threat. Nine hundred people were evacuated from the building in northern Moscow. It proved to be a false alarm, news agency RIA Novosti reported on the authority of a police source.

The hotel is crawling with police dogs. The police source did around 00. 10 pm local time to report that no explosives were found.

Cosmos is located not far from the former Soviet VDNKh Park. The hotel is a statue of Charles de Gaulle.
