Highly pregnant (23) dies to hospital during a crash

beloeil - A 23-year-old, highly pregnant Belgian woman, who was on her way to the hospital with her partner to give birth, was killed in a frontal collision. The unborn baby could no longer be saved.

The partner of the victim is in a critical condition in the hospital. The driver of the car with which the couple collided was only slightly injured, reported Belgian media.

The tragic accident happened on the night from Saturday to Sunday around half past one in a village in the province of Hainaut, near the French border. How the traffic accident could have happened is still unclear. Research is being done about this.
