cambridge, massachusetts, usa - Harvard University files a lawsuit after US government prohibits enrollment of foreign students, citing constitutional violations and alleged political influences.

Harvard University Challenges US Government Ban on Foreign Students

Harvard University in Massachusetts has filed a complaint in a federal court in Boston against the sudden decision by the US government to bar foreign students from enrolling at the institution.

Constitutional Concerns

The university argues that the measure to exclude foreigners from the educational institution violates the constitution and federal laws.

Allegations by the US Government

The Trump administration alleges the presence of antisemitic and radical-left forces at the institution, with purported ties to the Chinese Communist Party.

Harvard stated, "With a stroke of a pen, the government has attempted to eliminate a quarter of the students, who contribute significantly to the university and its mission."
