jerusalem - Palestinian terrorist group Hamas has released a video of an American-Israeli hostage in Gaza, appealing for an end to the nightmare.

On Saturday, Hamas published a video showing an American-Israeli hostage in Gaza in tears, urging for the ordeal to be ended. It is estimated that half of the 101 foreign and Israeli hostages in Gaza are still alive. Except for four, they were all abducted during the Hamas attack on Israel on October 7.

Hamas leaders are expected to travel to Cairo on Saturday for negotiations with Egyptian officials on a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. The hostages are likely to be discussed during these talks. Hamas has previously released hostages in exchange for a ceasefire.
