Google lets you create Street View images yourself

There are different certificates with different requirements. For mobile ready, Google requires the images to be uploaded directly from a mobile app. With '' auto ready '', your camera can shoot high-accuracy images in a moving car. Cameras that get the certificate '' vr ready '' not only connect to 360 degree images, but also collect geometric data. The 'workflow ready' label is available for any software included with a camera.

This week, Google has a special Street View event in Tokyo where all the necessary approved cameras and software can be seen.
