helsinki - North and South Korea and the United States have consulted in a good atmosphere in a suburb of the Finnish capital Helsinki. This has been announced by the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The informal meeting between the three parties was completed Wednesday in Vantaa. There were eighteen participants, including the North Korean diplomat Choe Kang-il. They have tried to reduce the tensions on the Korean peninsula and to build confidence with a view to a proposed summit between US President Trump and North Korean leader Kim-Jong-un.
