Germany wants to fine Facebook for hate speech

berlin - Germany wants social media companies like Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat impose high fines when to pick these networks fail hate messages within a certain period away. German Justice Minister Heiko Maas on Tuesday introduced a bill for it.
The new Act contains rules for how social media networks to deal with hate talk and to achieve the required networks are posts that violate German laws, as quickly as possible. Do Facebook or Twitter that is not fast enough, the German prosecutor may impose fines up to 50 million euros. The director of these companies can also get a personal fine of 5 million.
Facebook has not yet responded, YouTube does. The Google subsidiary said work on better software that hate speech should automatically detect.
