amsterdam - Germany has put anti-terror units at the now-guarded border with France. The fugitive archer of the Christmas Market Drama in Strasbourg might want to visit our eastern neighbors...
The German daily Bild reports this on the basis of sources from German and French security services. The 29-year-old Cherif Chekatt also lived in Germany for quite some time, but was deported after he had been given a prison sentence of more than two years for a few robberies and a heavy assault, which he did not fully exhaust. He was considered a danger to society and therefore deported to France.
