Fujimori as a free man picked up from hospital

lima - Alberto Fujimori, the former president of Peru, has left the hospital as a free man. His son picked up the 79-year-old Fujimori from the hospital on Thursday and probably brought it to his home.

Fujimori, who ruled the country for years with a hard hand, received Christmas pardon from President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski. Critics criticize Kuczynski cow trading. Fujimori supporters had prevented parliament from starting a demotion procedure against the current president.

The pardon reached a line through Fujimori's previous conviction for fraud and crimes against humanity during his right-wing government from 1990-2000. He was serving a prison sentence of 25 years and actually had to spend another 15 years in prison. He was admitted to hospital because of his poor health.

The pardon was not well received by thousands of Peruvians, who took to the streets at the end of last year to explain their dissatisfaction.
