Fugitive dead after jumping from German train

- A seventeen year old Egyptian refugee deceased when he was in Germany jumped by a check from a moving train.

The boy was Friday in Munich in the night train from Verona discovered when he had hidden in an empty compartment under a seat. While the inspectors are viewed papers he managed to escape, after which he opened a window and jumped off the train.

The Egyptian probably feared deportation. He was arrested earlier in Germany and then ordered to leave for Austria, said a police spokesman.
