French soldiers seriously injured by drone attack

baghdad - Two French soldiers were seriously injured in an attack by a drone in Iraq. One of them is dying. Two Peshmerga fighters were slain in the same attack, according to the French daily Le Monde.

It would be the first attack by fighters from Islamic State on French soldiers, carried out by a drone. An unknown number of French soldiers were injured.

The 'bomdrone 'was intercepted and exploded after it had landed on the ground. It is not clear whether this drone has been placed at a distance to explode, or that there is a time bomb was attached to the aircraft. The accident happened on October 2, would not comment the French Ministry of Defence.
