France presents draft climate text

- France on Wednesday presented a draft text for an international climate agreement. The approximately two hundred countries participating in the international climate summit should there Friday, the last day of the summit in Paris, take a decision.

The draft leaves many controversies untouched. Thus, it is not established to what extent should be limited to the global warming. However, in the text that only increased efforts by developing countries will be asked if the rich industrialized nations reciprocate money.
