Fossil takes about hardware producer fitness

Fossil looks like the acquisition to really put on the smart watch market. The company introduced in October already own smart watch, as well as a regular watch with built-in motion tracking. It is hoped to come to meet the people 'real' smart watches are not stylish enough. Misfit offers a complete line of fitness accessories, ranging in price from $ 20 to $ 200. China's Xiaomi phone giant was one of the largest investors in the company. Fossil will pay $ 260 million dollars for the hardware business.
