Former President Peru suspected of corruption

lima - Peru is about to pick up former President Alejandro Toledo for a major corruption case. Toledo was involved during his presidency between 2001 and 2006 in a bribery case that converted a small 20 million was involved, paid by an international group.
Saturday a house of Toledo was ransacked in Lima. That happened after the discovery of over 10 million that was transferred to a relationship of Toledo. Justice thinks that this is a part of the bribe.
The international construction company Odebrecht has admitted bribes among others have given to Toledo in exchange for a commission. Toledo denied to a local newspaper by telephone from Paris that he has accepted bribes.
