Firefighter adopts kitten after fire in port

ghent - Kitten 'Smokey' was rescued by firemen from fire in a fire in the port of Ghent on Thursday morning. The local fire service now announces that one colleague will take full care and the animal will live with him.
The fire started in the shed of a waste processor and the kitten appeared to sit between the burning waste.
