The flames quickly spread, prompting the dispatch of firefighting and medical teams to the scene. Authorities confirmed that 8 people lost their lives in the fire, while 15 others were injured.

The fire was extinguished after a 1.5-hour operation. The cause of the fire remains unknown at this time.
