Female (70) rescued by agents

amsterdam - A Romanian pickpocket (37) is captured Wednesday by plainclothes agents in the collar. The man knew at the Museumplein in Amsterdam to steal a well-filled purse of a 70-year-old lady. Then wanted to hit the thief on the run, he was seized.

'There you are, not as tough as here before, handcuffed to a bench in a bus shelter at the Museum,' police wrote on Facebook. Agents observed the man for half an hour before he struck. The suspect is still in custody. The lady got her money back.
