Famous climber deadly falling into Himalayas

kathmandu - The famous Swiss mountaineer Ueli Steck has fatalized at a Himalayan expedition in Nepal. The 40-year-old extreme athlete, who had the nickname 'Swiss machine', would have slipped down and fell down during the climb of Mount Nuptse, right next to Mount Everest. Steck is the first victim of this climbing season.
The Swiss was famous for its bold fast climbs in the Himalayas. The alpinist wanted to keep both the Mount Everest (8848 meters) and the adjacent Lhotse (8511 meters) in 48 hours. He won several international climbing prices and was considered to be one of the best alpinists of his generation.
