- French journalist and former spokeswoman for the ICTY in The Hague, Florence Hartmann, will be released early after a controversial detention of five days. Hartmann was Thursday around the statement that tribunal against the former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic by staff of the UN tribunal brutally arrested and imprisoned.

Hartmann was still serving a sentence of one week cell because she was sentenced by the tribunal in 2009 for the disclosure of confidential information by the international court. She did that in a book they wrote about the war in former Yugoslavia. She received 7,000 euro fine. When that was not paid, they had seven days in jail, but France did not her.
