panama - Former Panamanian dictator Manuel Noriega will undergo surgery Thursday to remove a brain tumor. This was reported by his doctor Eduardo Reyes Friday (local time).
The malignant tumor was discovered some years ago by the now 82-year-old Noriega and continued to grow since then.
