europe - European leaders, including French President Emmanuel Macron and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, have raised alarms over the direct involvement of Elon Musk in elections and internal affairs of different countries.

During a conference for ambassadors, Macron warned about Musk's interference in elections, without directly mentioning his name. Macron expressed concerns over Musk's support for the right-wing German political party AfD, with Musk even going as far as calling the German Chancellor Olaf Scholz 'a fool' and the German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier an 'anti-democratic tyrant'.

Other European leaders, such as Norwegian Prime Minister Støre, also criticized Musk for his significant influence on social media and economic power, intervening in the internal affairs of other nations. Støre emphasized the importance of maintaining distance from such interference in democratic processes.

The upcoming parliamentary elections in Norway and Germany have raised worries about Musk's potential impact, with fears of manipulation and misinformation. While the German government acknowledged Musk's attempts to influence the elections, they reassured the public that his influence remains limited.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer also faced Musk's scrutiny as he raised concerns over past child abuse investigations. Musk's calls for new investigations and attacks on political figures have sparked controversy and condemnation. Starmer condemned Musk's tactics and emphasized the need to address the spread of extremism and threats in political discourse.
