- Basque Eneko Gogeaskoetxea Arronategui (49) is to murder the court in Spain sentenced to imprisonment for 92 years because he had King Juan Carlos the plan in 1997 as a member of ETA. That should have been done during the opening of the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao.

Arronategui wanted along with another member of the Basque separatist throw grenades to frost. The police plan on the track came when the two disguised as gardeners, five days before the opening of the museum weapons tried to hide in plant pots.

During the firefight that developed, Gogeaskoetxea shot a policeman dead. He managed to escape and was only arrested in the English university town of Cambridge in 2011. He lived there, according to The Guardian under a false identity, but was recognized by a Spaniard. His size was arrested in 1997.

ETA is blamed for the deaths of eight hundred people in his attempt to force an independent Basque country in northern Spain. In 2011, ETA declared it had ended the violence.
