The news was announced by Shivon Zilis, the executive at Musk's neurotechnology firm Neuralink, in a tweet. Zilis shared the joyous news of the birth of their son, Seldon Lycurgus, on Arcadia's birthday. Musk confirmed the news with a heart emoji.
