EA FC 26 Teams of the Year Announced

EA Sports has unveiled the FC 26 Men's and Women's Teams of the Year after a worldwide poll, recognizing standout players for their 2025 performances.

Men's Team of the Year

The men's team includes notable players such as Kylian Mbappé, Ousmane Dembélé, and Erling Haaland. Gianluigi Donnarumma, the goalkeeper, had an exceptional year winning the Champions League and the Best FIFA Men's Goalkeeper Award before transferring to Manchester City.

Women's Team of the Year

The women's team features talents like Aitana Bonmatí, Alexia Putellas, and Clàudia Pina. Christiane Endler, the goalkeeper, stood out after returning to form with OL Lyonnes. Chelsea's Lucy Bronze led the team and retained her spot from the previous year.

The captains for both teams have also been announced, with Mbappé leading the men's team and Bronze leading the women's team.

Key Performances and Achievements

Several players made their debut in the FC 26 TOTY, showcasing their exceptional skills and contributions to their respective teams. The selection process involved millions of votes from the gaming community, highlighting the popularity of the EA FC series.

EA Sports will also award a special card to the '12th player' and other honorable mentions who narrowly missed the final cut, adding to the excitement and recognition of top talents in the virtual football world.
