Dutch jihadist arrested in Salou

salou - An alleged jihadist from the Netherlands was arrested Monday in the Spanish coastal city of Tarragona, near Salou.
Spanish security services previously warned the 29-year-old Khalid Makran, who had to identify himself Saturday in the center of the tourist Salou. Then the alarms went off and the police in the region were informed in an internal message that they were extra alert.
