Durham polling stations open longer

- The electoral council in Durham County holds the polling stations in eight of its districts open longer.
Electors may have 30 to 60 minutes longer visit than expected. The measure was taken to 'shorted' to make up that 'lost' earlier in the day when refused voting machines work.
