Dozens of missing after collision oil tanker

After a collision between two ships on the East China coast, at least 32 people were missing. One of the two ships is an oil tanker. After the collision, fire broke out on the tanker, reports Chinese state television.
Witnesses saw high flames and thick black smoke clouds rising from the oil ship sailing under Panamanian flag. The cause of the ship's accident is not yet known.
