'Dozens of migrants drowned at sea'

tripoli - A boat with refugees has sunk off the coast of Libya on Tuesday. The Libyan coast guard has saved sixteen passengers, fifty others have probably drowned.

The Coast Guard has collected about three hundred migrants in total. They tried to reach Europe with three boats from the North African country. One of the boats fared in the Mediterranean, which would have left with seventy people from Khoms. The other two boats carry out in Zawiya according to the survivors. The Coast Guard returned the refugees to a naval base in Tripoli.

On Sunday and Saturday, the Libyan and Italian Coast Guard picked up hundreds of migrants from boats. Even then dozens of passengers were missing.
