canada - Delta Airlines offers compensation to passengers after bizarre landing of flight 4819 in Toronto Pearson Airport.

All Passengers Survive Bizarre Landing

All 76 passengers and 4 crew members miraculously survived the upside-down landing of flight 4819 on Monday. 21 passengers were hospitalized, with only one sustaining minor injuries.

Delta Airlines clarifies that the $30,000 compensation does not waive passengers' rights. The airline anticipates legal action and has already paid $2.2 million as an initial settlement.

The cause of the Delta Airlines plane ending up upside down on the runway remains unclear. Passengers describe a rough landing with the aircraft skidding sideways and witnessing a fireball on one side.

The Canadian Transportation Safety Board (TSB) and the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) are investigating the crash. Air traffic control recordings indicate warnings of possible turbulence on the approach path prior to the incident.
