Delegated Maryland in penalty box

- A Republican delegate from the US state of Maryland who has sided with Donald Trump, is suspected of possessing child pornography. He would also explosives and firearms, a lawyer in Baltimore reported on Thursday (US time).

The thirty year Caleb Bailey would go to the national convention in Cleveland to vote for Trump, but that will probably not according to US media. During the election Trump was in Maryland last month 38 delegates behind. Bailey is likely to be replaced by another delegate.

The man is suspected of producing and possessing child pornography, transporting explosives without a license and illegal possession of a machine gun. Bailey says he is innocent.
