DeJuan Jones Signs with San Jose Earthquakes

DeJuan Jones, the United States defender, has been acquired by the San Jose Earthquakes from the Columbus Crew in a recent trade. The deal, finalized on Tuesday, saw the Crew receiving $175,000 in general allocation money and an international roster slot for 2025, along with an additional $250,000 in GAM for 2026.

Trade Details

In a separate move, Columbus traded a 2025 international slot to the Houston Dynamo in exchange for $125,000 in GAM for both 2025 and 2026.

Player Background

DeJuan Jones, aged 27, boasts one assist in five matches, including three starts, this season. He previously played under Quakes head coach Bruce Arena during his time with the New England Revolution.
