Dead at explosion chemical factory China

shanghai - In an explosion in a chemical plant in south-western China, nineteen people were killed on Thursday evening. There were also twelve wounded.

The blast occurred at a Yibin Goldway Chemical Technology facility, on an industrial site in the city of Yibin, in Sichuan Province. The cause of the explosion is unknown. Photos on Chinese social media show a large fire and high plumes of smoke. According to the local authorities, the fire has now been extinguished.
