Upon sighting the police car, the reckless cyclist attempted to escape, initially reaching speeds of up to 50 km/h. During the pursuit, he disregarded traffic signals, including running red lights and driving against a one-way street.

After finally apprehending the 31-year-old speedster, the police conducted a thorough inspection. An alcohol test revealed that the man had a blood alcohol content of 0.97 per mille. The individual later admitted to having used amphetamines and THC.

An investigation is currently underway for driving without a license and other traffic violations against him.
