Fans of the classic British automaker Jaguar are expressing disapproval over the company's new 'Pink Panther-Jaguar' models, signaling a shift in design direction. With prices set to double compared to current models, the introduction of the 'Jag' at a minimum of 120,000 euros has stirred controversy.

Jaguar aims to target a new demographic residing in urban areas, emphasizing trendy and affluent younger customers who may be intrigued by the unconventional 'Pink Panther' aesthetic. However, critics remain skeptical, with 80% favoring the traditional dark green Jags according to a poll conducted by The Telegraph.

Despite negative feedback, Jaguar's CEO defends the brand's inclusive vision, dismissing criticism as intolerant and hateful. The focus remains on the innovative features of the electric vehicles with a range of 770 kilometers, a top speed of 200 kilometers per hour, and unique amenities like suicide doors and an onboard safe.

As production versions of the new models emerge, initial reactions suggest a more subdued response. Uncertainty looms over whether the controversial 'Barbie Pink' color will make it into the final product. Criticism continues to escalate, with figures like Elon Musk and Nigel Farage offering their scathing remarks.
