Diego Vitagliano from Naples claims the second spot, followed by a restaurant in Tokyo. Notably, a pizzeria from Amsterdam, nNea on Bilderdijkstraat, secured the 47th spot on the list, a significant achievement for the Netherlands.
The 50 Top Pizza World 2024 ranking is the result of anonymous inspectors visiting numerous pizzerias worldwide over the past year. Criteria for evaluation include a focus on customer well-being, starting with the quality of the final product, as emphasized by the organizing body, 50 Top, in a recent press release.
