quito - The Colombian government and rebel group ELN have indicated that they want to extend the current truce. That said the Ecuadorian minister María Fernanda Espinosa (Foreign Affairs) in the run-up to the expiration of the cease-fire.
The insurgents and the Colombian government are negotiating a peace agreement in Ecuador, as was previously also concluded with the FARC.
