amsterdam - Israel reportedly used chemicals to track and assassinate Hezbollah leader Nasrallah, resembling a scene from a James Bond movie.

The assassination of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah is reminiscent of a James Bond film script. Israeli spies reportedly used chemicals to track Nasrallah, who died during an attack on the Hezbollah headquarters in Beirut on Friday evening. Israel had been planning the assassination of the terrorist leader for years, involving spies, exploding potatoes, and American bunker busters. Allegedly, Israel was able to locate Nasrallah by using a chemical substance, as reported by the Daily Mail.

Saudi Arabian news channel Al Hadath claims that the Hezbollah leader was allegedly contaminated with a chemical substance just before his death. Reportedly, an Iranian who was spying for Israel was present in Beirut. He shook hands with Nasrallah, thus discreetly passing on the as yet unknown substance.

Sources revealed to Al Hadath that the chemicals could be detected with a special sensor or camera on board a drone. Israeli 'microdrones' have been flying over the Lebanese capital for some time to search for Hezbollah terrorists. Due to their relatively small size, these drones are not visible to the naked eye in the dark.

After Nasrallah was located, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu authorized sending fighter jets towards Beirut. Despite Nasrallah being approximately eighteen meters underground, he did not survive the attack. This was due to the 'bunker buster,' a bomb designed to reach targets deep underground.

A series of spectacular actions by Israel ultimately led to the assassination of the terrorist leader. Almost all of Hezbollah's leaders have been eliminated in a relatively short period of time. A week earlier, the Israeli army managed to wound thousands of Hezbollah members in a large-scale potato attack. By disrupting the communication network of the terrorist group, high-ranking Hezbollah members were forced to meet in person, increasing the risk of being killed.

In the night from Monday to Tuesday, Israel also launched a ground offensive in Lebanon. The army stated that it is a 'limited and targeted' mission to attack Hezbollah targets. After all the spectacular actions, the fate of Hezbollah remains uncertain.
