- Chelsea is monitoring Alejandro Garnacho's situation at Manchester United, with a potential transfer depending on players leaving Stamford Bridge. United has reduced the transfer fee from £70m to £40m.

Chelsea Monitoring Alejandro Garnacho for Potential Transfer

Chelsea is keeping a close eye on Alejandro Garnacho's status at Manchester United, considering a transfer if certain players leave Stamford Bridge, sources revealed to ESPN. While United has decreased their asking price from £70 million to £40 million, the deal hinges on player departures.

United Excludes Garnacho from Preseason Tour

Garnacho, along with Antony, Tyrell Malacia, and Jadon Sancho, is omitted from United's preseason tour of the U.S. as he falls out of coach Ruben Amorim's plans for the upcoming season.

Aston Villa and Saudi Clubs Interested

Aside from Chelsea, Aston Villa and Saudi Pro League clubs are eyeing Garnacho's signature. Villa's manager Unai Emery sees him as a valuable addition, but Garnacho prefers a Champions League team.

Premier League Stay a Priority for Garnacho

Garnacho's preference is to remain in the Premier League as he navigates his future while staying in England. Chelsea made an initial move for him in January and has been monitoring his status since.

Information from ESPN's James Olley contributed to this report.
