Chaos on snowy highway: 29 wounded

vancouver - Seventy-eight people were injured due to a serious traffic accident in Western Canada. On Sunday evening local time two coaches, two trucks and two passenger cars collided, on a highway about 25 kilometers north of Hope, reports news channel CBC News.

All wounded have been taken to the hospital. The situation of some of them is critical. A further 136 people were involved in the accident. They remained unharmed and were received in an emergency facility.

The highway where the accident occurred is closed in both directions. Heavy snowfall is probably the cause of the accident.
