Cell punishment for boy who stabbed girl (14)

berlin - A 15-year-old boy was sentenced in Germany to nine years of juvenile detention for the death stabbing of a 14-year-old fellow student. The girl Keira was killed with more than twenty knife stabs in her parental home in Berlin.

The girl's bloodied body was found by her mother. The boy had access to the house in the Alt-Hohenschönhausen district on 7 March with the intention of killing the girl. The victim and the boy knew each other and went to the same school.

The boy has known the deed. The motive for the murder is not clear.
