- In court the Belgian Kortrijk Tuesday filed a bizarre case. A thirty of African descent had to answer for the degrading treatment of his partner. He kept her stranded for days in handcuffs and put CDs by Madonna in her mouth. His explanation: 'I wanted to help her stop smoking.'
